This version of the Terms & Conditions is effective as of the date it is published on this website and applies to all bookings made through the airport‑transfers.be platform.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and booking services of airport‑transfers.be, operated by Benelux Global Solutions SRL, a company registered in Belgium (TVA : 0791.634.024), Rue Charles Jaumotte 31/3, 1300 Wavre (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). 1.2 By accessing and using the airport‑transfers.be website (“Platform”) and by making a booking (“Booking”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or make a Booking. 1.3 Definitions: - Client, Customer, User, You: the person making a Booking. - Service(s): transport services arranged through the Platform. - Driver / Provider: independent transport service provider fulfilling the transfer.
2. Scope of the Service
2.1 The Company acts as an intermediary between Users and independent Drivers / transport providers. We provide the Platform to facilitate service booking but do not operate the vehicles or employ the drivers directly. 2.2 A legally binding contract for the transfer service is established between you and the selected Driver / Provider upon booking confirmation.
3. Booking & Confirmation
3.1 All bookings must be made through the Platform and confirmed by email or notification. 3.2 You must provide accurate information (pickup location, destination, flight details, contact info). Errors or outdated info may affect service quality. 3.3 Prices are based on distance, vehicle type, and additional services selected.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment can be collected online (card, bank transfer) or as otherwise indicated at booking. 4.2 Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra luggage, or special requests. 4.3 The Company may retain fees for processing and administration where applicable.
5. Cancellations & Changes
5.1 You may cancel your Booking prior to the service time, subject to the cancellation policy indicated at booking. 5.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing; refunds (if any) are processed within a reasonable period after cancellation. 5.3 Changes to Booking details should be requested as early as possible. Changes within short notice (e.g., less than 24 hours before pickup) may not be possible or may incur additional cost.
6. Pickup & Waiting Time
6.1 Drivers will wait a reasonable grace period at the pickup location (e.g., 15 minutes for non‑airport pick‑ups; longer for airport arrivals tied to flight times) as specified in your confirmation. 6.2 After the waiting period, the transfer may be marked as a “no‑show” and cancellation/no‑show charges could apply.
7. Liability & Responsibility
7.1 The Company is not liable for delays, accidents, missed connections, or circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or events of force majeure. 7.2 Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the specific transfer booked. 7.3 You are responsible for your personal belongings and for ensuring compliance with local laws.
8. Passenger Conduct
8.1 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and inappropriate behavior in vehicles is prohibited. 8.2 Passengers must comply with safety instructions provided by the driver or local regulations.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the latest version on the Platform. 9.2 Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Benelux Global Solutions SRL is located.
